Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the app, as well as certain information generated automatically by your use of the service.

• Account information — your name, email address, and phone number, which are required to create and maintain your account.
• Profile information — an optional profile photo and your InstaPay handle if you choose to receive payments from renters.
• Identity verification data — a photo of your government-issued ID card, a selfie, and your 14-digit Egyptian National ID number. This data is collected only if you voluntarily choose to complete identity verification.
• Item listings — photos, descriptions, prices, and location information for items you post for rent.
• Rental and transaction data — dates, messages exchanged between parties, payment preferences, and rental status.
• Approximate location — used to show items near you. We do not continuously track your precise GPS location.
• Usage data — information about how you interact with the app, such as screens viewed and features used, collected to improve the service.
• Device information — device type, operating system version, and push notification token, used to deliver notifications and ensure compatibility.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the Aggarli service. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• Display your listings to other users and facilitate rental requests.
• Enable communication between renters and item owners through in-app messaging.
• Process identity verification to build trust and safety in the marketplace.
• Send push notifications about rental requests, approvals, payments, and other activity relevant to your account.
• Show nearby items based on approximate location.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations under Egyptian law.
• Improve the app's features, performance, and user experience.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Between renters and owners — when a rental is approved, the relevant party's name and phone number are shared to facilitate the exchange.
• Service providers — we use Supabase to store and process your data securely on our behalf. Supabase acts as a data processor under our instructions.
• Expo and Firebase — used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Google OAuth — if you sign in with Google, Google authenticates your identity and shares your email address with us.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information to Egyptian law enforcement or courts when required by law or valid legal process.
• Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Identity Verification Data

Identity verification is optional and entirely at your discretion. When you choose to verify your identity, you submit a photo of your government-issued ID, a selfie, and your National ID number. This sensitive data is handled with heightened care:

• Your ID photo and selfie are uploaded directly to a private, access-controlled storage bucket on Supabase and are never publicly accessible.
• Your National ID number is encrypted at rest and is never displayed to other users.
• Verification images are used only to confirm that you are the person named on the ID. We do not share them with other users or third parties.
• Once verification is complete, your ID and selfie remain stored to support dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request their deletion by contacting us at privacy@aggarli.com.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the service. Specific retention periods are as follows:

• Account information — retained until you delete your account.
• Rental history — retained for up to 3 years after a rental is completed for legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Verification data — retained until you delete your account or submit a deletion request.
• Usage and device data — retained for up to 12 months.
• When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, listings, and personal information within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. To delete your account:

• Open the Aggarli app and go to your Profile tab.
• Tap Settings, then tap Delete Account.
• Confirm deletion in the two-step confirmation prompts.
• Your account, profile, listings, and personal information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Alternatively, you may email a deletion request to privacy@aggarli.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
• Please note that deletion is irreversible. Rental history may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form for legal and statistical purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our security practices include:

• All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS.
• Data at rest in Supabase is encrypted using AES-256.
• Row-level security policies ensure that users can only access their own data.
• Verification images are stored in private buckets inaccessible to other users.
• We review and update our security practices regularly.

Third-Party Services

Aggarli uses the following third-party services to operate. Each service processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Expo (expo.dev) — mobile app infrastructure and over-the-air updates.
• Google Firebase (firebase.google.com) — push notifications on Android.
• Google OAuth (google.com) — optional sign-in with Google.
• InstaPay — Egypt's interbank payment network, used for peer-to-peer payments. Aggarli does not process or receive payment data from InstaPay.

Children's Privacy

Aggarli is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@aggarli.com and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@aggarli.com:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — update or correct inaccurate information via your in-app profile settings.
• Deletion — delete your account and personal data as described in the Account Deletion section above.
• Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent update. Continued use of Aggarli after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع المعلومات التي تقدمها مباشرةً عند إنشاء حساب أو استخدام التطبيق، إضافةً إلى بعض المعلومات التي تُولَّد تلقائياً من خلال استخدامك للخدمة.

• معلومات الحساب — اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك، وهي مطلوبة لإنشاء حسابك والحفاظ عليه.
• معلومات الملف الشخصي — صورة ملف شخصي اختيارية ومعرّف إنستاباي إذا اخترت استلام مدفوعات من المستأجرين.
• بيانات التحقق من الهوية — صورة بطاقة هويتك الوطنية وصورة سيلفي ورقم هويتك القومي المكوّن من 14 رقمًا. تُجمع هذه البيانات فقط إذا اخترت طوعاً إتمام التحقق من الهوية.
• قوائم المنتجات — صور ووصف وأسعار ومعلومات موقع المنتجات التي تنشرها للإيجار.
• بيانات الإيجار والمعاملات — التواريخ والرسائل المتبادلة بين الأطراف وتفضيلات الدفع وحالة الإيجار.
• الموقع التقريبي — يُستخدم لعرض المنتجات القريبة منك. لا نتتبع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق بشكل مستمر.
• بيانات الاستخدام — معلومات حول كيفية تفاعلك مع التطبيق، تُجمع لتحسين الخدمة.
• معلومات الجهاز — نوع الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل ورمز الإشعارات، تُستخدم لإرسال الإشعارات وضمان التوافق.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها حصراً لتشغيل خدمة أجّرلي وتحسينها. تحديداً، نستخدم معلوماتك من أجل:

• إنشاء حسابك وإدارته والتحقق من هويتك.
• عرض قوائم منتجاتك للمستخدمين الآخرين وتسهيل طلبات الإيجار.
• تمكين التواصل بين المستأجرين وأصحاب المنتجات عبر المراسلة داخل التطبيق.
• معالجة التحقق من الهوية لبناء الثقة والأمان في المنصة.
• إرسال إشعارات حول طلبات الإيجار والموافقات والمدفوعات.
• عرض المنتجات القريبة بناءً على موقعك التقريبي.
• الكشف عن الاحتيال والإساءة ومخالفات شروط الخدمة والحدّ منها.
• الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية بموجب القانون المصري.
• تحسين ميزات التطبيق وأدائه وتجربة المستخدم.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة. نشارك معلوماتك فقط في الحالات المحدودة التالية:

• بين المستأجرين وأصحاب المنتجات — عند الموافقة على الإيجار، يتم مشاركة الاسم ورقم الهاتف لتسهيل عملية التبادل.
• مزودو الخدمة — نستخدم Supabase لتخزين بياناتك ومعالجتها بشكل آمن نيابةً عنّا.
• Expo و Firebase — يُستخدمان لتوصيل الإشعارات إلى جهازك.
• تسجيل الدخول بـ Google — إذا سجّلت دخولك بحساب Google، يشارك Google عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني معنا.
• المتطلبات القانونية — قد نكشف عن معلوماتك لجهات إنفاذ القانون المصرية عند الاقتضاء القانوني.
• نقل الأعمال — في حال الاندماج أو الاستحواذ، قد تُنقل معلوماتك كجزء من تلك الصفقة.

بيانات التحقق من الهوية

التحقق من الهوية اختياري ويتم وفق تقديرك الخاص. عند اختيارك التحقق، تُقدّم صورة بطاقة هويتك الحكومية وصورة سيلفي ورقمك القومي. تُعالَج هذه البيانات الحساسة بعناية فائقة:

• تُرفع صور هويتك وسيلفيك مباشرةً إلى حاوية تخزين خاصة محمية على Supabase، ولا يمكن الوصول إليها بشكل عام.
• يُشفَّر رقمك القومي أثناء التخزين ولا يظهر للمستخدمين الآخرين أبداً.
• تُستخدم صور التحقق فقط للتأكد من أنك الشخص المُدرَج في الهوية، ولا نشاركها مع المستخدمين الآخرين أو أطراف ثالثة.
• بعد اكتمال التحقق، تبقى صورك محفوظة لأغراض حل النزاعات ومنع الاحتيال والامتثال القانوني. يمكنك طلب حذفها بالتواصل معنا على privacy@aggarli.com.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك الشخصية طالما حسابك نشط أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة. فترات الاحتفاظ المحددة هي كالتالي:

• معلومات الحساب — تُحتفظ بها حتى تحذف حسابك.
• سجل الإيجار — يُحتفظ به لمدة تصل إلى 3 سنوات بعد اكتمال الإيجار لأغراض قانونية وحل النزاعات.
• بيانات التحقق — تُحتفظ بها حتى تحذف حسابك أو تقدّم طلب حذف.
• بيانات الاستخدام والجهاز — تُحتفظ بها لمدة تصل إلى 12 شهراً.
• عند حذف حسابك، نحذف نهائياً ملفك الشخصي وقوائمك ومعلوماتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً.

حذف الحساب والبيانات

يحق لك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة به في أي وقت. لحذف حسابك:

• افتح تطبيق أجّرلي واذهب إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي.
• اضغط على الإعدادات، ثم اضغط على حذف الحساب.
• أكّد الحذف في خطوتي التأكيد المتتاليتين.
• سيُحذف حسابك وملفك الشخصي وقوائمك ومعلوماتك الشخصية نهائياً خلال 30 يوماً.
• بدلاً من ذلك، يمكنك إرسال طلب حذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى privacy@aggarli.com مع عنوان "طلب حذف الحساب".
• يُرجى ملاحظة أن الحذف لا يمكن التراجع عنه. قد يُحتفظ بسجل الإيجار بصورة مجهولة الهوية لأغراض قانونية وإحصائية.

أمان البيانات

نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية معلوماتك الشخصية من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو سوء الاستخدام:

• جميع البيانات المنقولة بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة باستخدام TLS.
• البيانات المخزّنة في Supabase مشفّرة باستخدام AES-256.
• سياسات أمان الصفوف تضمن وصول المستخدمين إلى بياناتهم فقط.
• صور التحقق محفوظة في حاويات خاصة لا يمكن للمستخدمين الآخرين الوصول إليها.
• نراجع ممارساتنا الأمنية ونحدّثها بانتظام.

الخدمات التابعة لجهات خارجية

تستخدم أجّرلي الخدمات التالية لتشغيل المنصة. تعالج كل خدمة البيانات وفق سياسة خصوصيتها الخاصة:

• Supabase — قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الملفات.
• Expo — البنية التحتية للتطبيق والتحديثات اللاسلكية.
• Google Firebase — الإشعارات الفورية على Android.
• Google OAuth — تسجيل الدخول الاختياري بحساب Google.
• إنستاباي — شبكة المدفوعات بين البنوك المصرية للمدفوعات بين الأفراد. لا تعالج أجّرلي أو تستلم بيانات المدفوعات من إنستاباي.

خصوصية الأطفال

لا يُخصَّص تطبيق أجّرلي للأشخاص دون سن 18 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية، يُرجى التواصل معنا على privacy@aggarli.com وسنحذفها فوراً.

حقوقك

لديك الحقوق التالية فيما يخص معلوماتك الشخصية. للممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا على privacy@aggarli.com:

• الوصول — طلب نسخة من البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
• التصحيح — تحديث أو تصحيح المعلومات غير الدقيقة عبر إعدادات ملفك الشخصي.
• الحذف — حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية كما هو موضح في قسم الحذف أعلاه.
• قابلية النقل — طلب تصدير بياناتك بتنسيق قابل للقراءة آلياً.
• الاعتراض — الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك في ظروف معينة.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. في حال إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنُخطرك عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني قبل سريان التغييرات. يعكس التاريخ في أعلى هذه السياسة آخر تحديث. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام أجّرلي بعد نشر التغييرات قبولاً للسياسة المُحدَّثة.
